Hair Extensions | Natural Colour

Hair extensions ordered in their natural colour, without additional customisation, are typically prepared and forwarded to our shipping partner on the same business day.

Made-to-Order Units

Each unit is individually prepared according to your selected specifications, including cap size, length, lace options, and styling preferences.

For units ordered in their natural hair colour, please allow approximately 7 days for production and preparation.

Custom-Coloured Units | Jet Black

Units requiring our professional colouring service undergo an extended preparation process to achieve the desired finish.

Please allow approximately 15 working days for colouring, followed by up to 7 additional days for wig construction, styling, and final preparation.

Shipping & Delivery

Once preparation is complete, orders are transferred to our international shipping partner for final inspection and dispatch, typically within 24 hours of receipt.

International delivery generally takes 6–10 days after dispatch.
