2. Products & Product Information
Hair by Kujiamini specialises in premium human hair units and hair extensions.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and prices are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to natural hair characteristics, lighting, and individual screen settings.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to its description or agreed specifications.
We reserve the right to update our product collections, specifications, and availability at any time.
3. Product Customisation & Made-to-Order Units
Our hair units are individually prepared according to the specifications selected at checkout.
Depending on the product, customers may select options including:
- Hair length and texture.
- Cap size.
- Lace size.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected specifications carefully before submitting an order.
If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes where production has not progressed too far.
Selecting standard product options does not automatically exclude a product from statutory withdrawal rights.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to investigate or decline orders where there are legitimate concerns involving suspected fraud, payment authorisation, product availability, or incorrect order information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
5. Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.

Preparation times vary depending on the selected product and customisation options.
Hair extensions in their natural colour are generally prepared for dispatch shortly after order confirmation.
Made-to-order units require additional production and preparation time.
Units requiring professional colouring may require an extended processing period.

These estimates may vary depending on order specifications, production requirements, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Hair by Kujiamini offers international shipping to selected destinations.
Orders are shipped through our designated international shipping partners.
International shipments are arranged using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable import duties and taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout for supported destinations.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights concerning delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered goods.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return period for eligible products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their purchases carefully before making permanent alterations.
For a full refund on an eligible change-of-mind return, products should remain in their original, unaltered condition.
Hair units should retain their original lace, and hair extensions should remain complete, with no hair removed.
Products altered beyond what is necessary for inspection may be subject to a legally permitted deduction for diminished value.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility, provided this has been communicated before purchase.
Where an order is incorrect or defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Product Inspection & Customer Responsibilities
Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery.
Before cutting lace, installing extensions, colouring, washing, or otherwise altering a product, please verify that the item matches your order specifications.
If you believe an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer care team with your order number and a description of the issue.
Photographs may be requested to help us investigate and resolve the matter.
Customers must not knowingly submit substituted products or misrepresent returned merchandise.
All returns are subject to reasonable verification procedures in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Our products require appropriate care to maintain their appearance, quality, and longevity.

Improper installation, excessive heat, unsuitable chemical treatments, or inappropriate maintenance may affect the condition and lifespan of the hair.
Normal wear and damage caused by improper use are not generally covered by the statutory guarantee.
This does not affect your rights regarding defects or lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered.
