What type of hair do you offer
Our hair is crafted using premium quality minimally processed human hair. Unlike traditional raw hair, which can sometimes be difficult to maintain and may not hold styling as effectively, our hair is lightly refined to preserve its luxurious texture, softness, movement, and long-lasting styling performance.
This balance allows the hair to maintain a natural high-end look while remaining durable, silky, and versatile for everyday wear. Carefully aligned cuticles also help preserve the hair’s smooth finish, natural shine, and minimal shedding.
Our hair can be lifted and colored up to 613 while maintaining its quality with proper care.
What hair textures do you offer
We currently offer two signature textures:
• Velvet Flow — Soft body wave texture with effortless movement and volume
• Ivory Sleek — Sleek straight texture with seamless glow and luxurious shine

How do I order my wig

How long does customization take
Customized orders such as:

require additional processing time before shipping.
Please allow approximately:
• 3 business days for pre-plucking and pre-bleaching
• 1–2 business days for custom wig construction
• Up to 14 business days for Jet Black coloring services
All of our wigs are custom prepared upon order to ensure the highest quality finish and customization experience.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 72 hours depending on your location and courier service.
Do you offer hair customization services
Yes. We offer selected customization services for both our wigs and bundles.
Customization options include:
• Jet Black coloring
• Pre-bleached knots
• Pre-plucked hairline
Our bundles can also be professionally colored Jet Black upon request.
Please note that we currently only offer Jet Black coloring. If you plan on coloring the hair to another shade, we recommend purchasing the hair in its natural color and having it professionally customized by your stylist.
Customized orders require additional processing time before shipping.
How do I determine my cap size
We highly recommend measuring your head and reviewing our Cap Size Guide located under each product page before placing your order.
Our wigs are constructed using dome caps for a secure, premium fit and seamless finish. Please note that dome caps are designed to fit more snugly for better security and comfort.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

We offer premium HD lace closures designed for a seamless and natural melt.

Is the hair true to length
Yes. Our hair is true to length and often appears slightly longer due to its full density from root to tip.

How long does shipping take
Orders placed in their natural state are typically processed immediately and delivered within approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and whether your order includes customization services. Please refer to our Shipping & Customization section for more detailed processing and delivery information.
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we primarily ship with trusted carriers such as FedEx and DHL for a secure and high-quality shipping experience.
How do I track my order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment directly through the shipping carrier.
We highly recommend keeping track of your shipment once dispatched, especially for high-value orders.
If you experience any issues locating your tracking information, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed
Once your order has been shipped, the shipment is handled directly by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, after dispatch, we no longer have additional visibility into the package beyond the tracking information available to you.
We highly recommend carefully reviewing your shipping address and contact information before placing your order to avoid delivery issues. Once your tracking number has been provided, please keep a close eye on your shipment and delivery updates.
If you notice any issues with your tracking information, delayed updates, or delivery concerns, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly for immediate assistance. You may also contact us, and we will gladly do our best to assist you whenever possible.
Please note that once a package has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are therefore not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.
Can I return or exchange my order
Due to the personalized nature of our wigs and customized products, custom wig orders are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
However, if an error was made on our side, such as receiving the incorrect product or customization, we will gladly correct the issue by offering an exchange, remake, or refund where applicable.
Bundles and lace products may be eligible for exchange if returned in their original unused condition.
• If the error was made on our side, we will cover the return and exchange costs.
• If the incorrect selection was made by the customer, return shipping costs and exchange fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Customized wigs cannot be returned or exchanged for customer selection errors once production has begun.
Please contact us before returning any order so we can assist you with the appropriate return or exchange process.
Do you offer in-store pickup
At this time, we are an online-based store and do not currently offer in-store pickup.
