Order Processing & Delivery

Our processing times vary depending on the product and any additional customisation selected.

Hair Extensions

Our hair extensions are prepared for dispatch shortly after your order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days.

Ready-to-Wear Units

Each unit is carefully prepared to ensure the quality and finish that define Hair by Kujiamini.

For units ordered in their natural hair colour, production typically takes approximately one week.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks.

Custom-Coloured Units

Units requiring additional colouring, including Jet Black, undergo an extended preparation process to achieve the desired finish.

Custom colouring requires approximately 15 working days, followed by additional time for styling and final preparation.

Estimated delivery: 5–6 weeks.

Shipping & Dispatch

Once your order has completed production and preparation, it is transferred to our international shipping partner.

All shipments undergo a final inspection before dispatch and are typically shipped within 24 hours of being received by our shipping partner.

International delivery generally takes 6–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Applicable import duties and taxes are included in our shipping arrangements, so customers will not be required to pay additional import charges for covered destinations.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
