Return for Store Mistakes:

If you receive a wrong or damaged product due to our mistake, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the item. Upon receiving and confirming the issue, we will either refund the purchase or replace the product.

Return for Customer Mistakes:

If you made a mistake in your order or no longer want the product, you may return it but will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 Non-Refundable Items:

Items purchased during sales or with promo codes are non-refundable.

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact the carrier directly as they are responsible for lost packages.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs for these returns.
